One thing Ken Caryl Church does really well is provide encouragement to missionaries. Whether it is encouraging them by personally joining in their work overseas on a short-term trip, financially supporting ministry projects on their behalf, or hosting them at the church for a few days and learning from them and building them up. I’m so thankful this is a strong value for our church family. Jay and Kathy Shafto are IMB missionaries in Congo DRC and they will be with us February 7-9. They have been with us before, really enjoy Ken Caryl Church, and are looking forward to pouring into our church family. We hope everyone will participate in the upcoming weekend so that we can both learn from them and encourage them.
